• Each capsule provides 5 billion live microorganisms guaranteed, and is proven to survive through stomach acidity to reach the gut alive.
• The probiotic is suitable during pregnancy & breastfeeding, for vegetarians and is also gluten free.
• Each pack contains 90 capsules.
• Unlike many products containing live cultures, this supplement does not require refrigeration.

Recommended use - Take one capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. If desired, or professionally directed, can be increased to 2 capsules a day. Can be used on an ongoing basis.
