Medicare Air Activated Heat Patches are used for the temporary effective and targeted relief of minor muscular and joint aches associated with over-exertion , strains, sprains, and arthritis. They deliver up to 8 hours of heat , for deep muscle relaxation.

Step 1 - Open the plastic wrapper when ready to use. Step 2 - Peel away paper to reveal adhesive side. Step 3- Clean and dry the therapy area before use, place on skin with adhesive side toward skin. Attach firmly. For maximum effectiveness, you can wear the heat patch for up to 8 hours. However, do not use heat patches in the same location for more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period. It is recommended to check under the patch regularly during use. It may take up to 30 minutes for the patch to reach maximum temperature.
