PhysioLogix Kinesiology Tape Beige

Physiologix Kinesiology Tape is constructed from a combination of elastic and cotton fibers and latex-free coating which allows adhesive properties. It is used to prevent injury and control edema and pain management. It is almost identical to human skin in both thickness and elasticity, which allows Kinesiology tape to be worn without binding, constricting or restriction of your movement. The sports tape is ideal for neck strain, shoulder pain, tennis elbow, rib pain, wrist pain, gluteus pain, hamstring strain, carpal tunnel, golfers elbow, quad strain, runner’s knee, shin splints, plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis.

Anchor: Anchor the tape into position and stick down the first two inches using no stretch. It is vital that you do not stretch the first and last two inches at either end of the tape as it can cause discomfort and skin irritation, which results in the tape lifting easily. Stretch: Stretch the middle of the tape to the desired level depending on your injury. Refer to the table below for our stretch reference guide: Stick: In order to get your tape to stick perfectly, there are a few rules to follow. Avoid touching the sticky adhesive when applying. Once it meets the skin, it immediately loses some of its adhesion. Preparing the skin will allow the tape to adhere to the skin in the best way possible. After application, rub the tape to secure the adhesive. Friction will help to bond the tape more to your skin.

We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Goods must only be returned if they are unused, unopened and in their original condition. Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
