To achieve the best result, apply the Catrice Under Eye Brightener Setting Powder 010 Light Rose on top of the Catrice Under Eye Brightener in the matching shade. Use a large, fluffy brush or the Catrice Magic Perfectors Powder Puffs. Allow the powder to sit for a few moments to work its magic and make sure that it is faded out beforehand.
