Vegan powder highlighter with an intense shimmer and buildable glow 

Apply product to a highlighter brush or a fluffy brush. Sweep highlighter onto high points of face that you want to accentuate including cheeks, bridge of nose and brow bone. Build up product to your desired glow. Instructions for use Highlighter powder for an intensive metallic glow.
