Plant sterols have been shown to lower blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. 

1. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 1.5-3.0g plant sterols daily . Two Zerochol Cardio 1 + tablets contain 1.5g plant sterols. 
2. Heart disease has multiple risk factors and you may need to change more than one to lower overall risk. Zerochol  Cardio+ contains plant sterols, which lower serum cholesterol levels by decreasing cholesterol absorption in the small intestine. 

Take 2 tablets daily with the main meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The total dietary intake of added plant sterols (from food or supplements with added plant sterols) should not exceed 3g and intake of monacolins from red yeast rice should be less than 3mg daily.
